Thailand Christmas Benefit ::
Join us December 6 for a special PBC Christmas party to help Roy and Bonita Thompson in Bangkok pay the bar fines for young women to attend their own Christmas party. The cost for each woman is $20.

Green Pastures House Remodel ::
Green Pastures is a state-licensed non-profit Christian group home in Mountain View where six disabled children live on a long-term basis. Some of the children have attended PBC over the years and many folks have volunteered at the GP home. The current house needs a complete remodel, so YAF as a group would like to help out financially in this endeavor. We will collect donantions at the YAF Christmas party on December 20 and sign a card together.

"I will praise you, O LORD, with all my heart." (Psalm 9:1) The Psalms are full of praises. This is an opportunity for us to bless one another through music as we worship the Lord our God together on Wednesdays at YAF. Guitar, voice, or any musical abilities are welcome.

Snacks :: contact Laura
"Jesus said, 'Feed my sheep.'" (John 21:18) Each week we try to provide snacks and drinks for the evening. If you can bring something to share with the group on a particular Wednesday, sign up on the snacks list.

Hospitality :: contact Lauren
"Love your neighbor as yourself." (Mark 12:31) There is nothing easier and more heartwarming than a welcoming smile at YAF. This opportunity includes writing nametags, greeting folks (old and new), hosting, and putting away chairs.

"All peoples, nations and men of every language worshiped him." (Daniel 7:14b) There will be many new opportunities to love those in our neighboring cities to show people around us how great is the God we serve. We can serve locally and also support our missionaries abroad.

"In everything set them an example by doing what is good." (Titus 2:7) Our young brothers and sisters are beginning to make big decisions in their lives. We want to come alongside the college students to provide support and lasting friendships.

"All your children will be taught by the Lord." (Isaiah 54:13a) Feel young at heart? Be a part of the lives of the children in the PBC body of Christ so that they may grow to love our God as He first loved us. There are opportunities to teach Sunday school as well as Pioneer Club on Wednesday nights.

"Blessed are those who hunger and thirst for righteousness, for they will be filled." (Matthew 5:6) On the first Friday of every month the young adults group cooks a meal for those in recovery who have gathered in the Fellowship Hall. Contributing your time can have eternal impact.
